Experience: In 2007 entered the wealth management business, commencing my career as a financial advisor at Bernstein Global Wealth Management, followed by BNY Mellon Wealth Management to my current position at TD Wealth. Prior to 2007, I worked on the institutional side of the financial industry including several years as a research analyst at Salomon Brothers and a Principal at Morgan Stanley. Full details of my 30+ years work experience can be viewed on my linkedIn profile.
More Information
After completing 2 years of college (Emmanuel College/Boston) and a 9 month course at Katharine Gibbs, I embarked on building a career on Wall Street from the bottom up. The path included several years as a research analyst at Salomon Brothers to running Sales/Marketing/Client Service in Europe for Morgan Stanley's MSCI division. In 2001, I was honored in Irish America Magazine's 100. Still passionate about investing, ten years ago I made the decision to shift my focus to the private client side of the business where I felt there was a void for advisors who advocate for their clients. A focal point of my practice, although not exclusively, has been working with women which I really enjoyed. When I first started in wealth management, it quickly become apparent that women are a much underserved market. And as so many were in transition - divorce, widowed or just trying to build careers, I wanted to provide an educational and consultative approach to help them through these transitions to reach their financial goals.

In addition to my work life, I've been active in my community. I currently serve on the advisory board of the OSilas Gallery at Concordia College; I am a co-founder of the Bronxville Veterans Memorial, former Board Member/Secretary for the Bronxville Historical Conservancy and past grant evaluator for The Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester and Tuckahoe.
