Attendance Policy

There are two different memberships available with NADP -

  1. Online Connect

This membership is remote only, meaning that all interaction with fellow NADP members will be online via our website.  There is no attendance requirement for Online Connect members.

  2.  Instant Connect

This membership has in-person meetings, meaning that you will join a local chapter, and you will attend chapter meetings.

Due to the maximum allowance of three members of the same profession per chapter, and the ability for members to have enough time to establish valuable relationships and successfully contribute to the chapter, we have the following attendance policy:

Per membership year, each member must not miss more than TWO chapter meetings WITHOUT sending a representative and must NOT miss more than two chapter meetings WITH sending a representative. The representative should be someone that is familiar with the member's profession so they may contribute to the chapter meeting. If a member surpasses the allowed absences, their membership will be transferred to an OnlineConnect membership and their spot in the chapter will be available to be filled by a new member.
